My friend from high school, Sally, has started a little food blog called “Sally Spins” - she puts her spin on a bunch of different recipes. She posted a recipe last week for Tuna Burgers, and I thought about them all weekend and decided to make them last night.
They. Were. Amazing. (and so easy)
So much so that my coworkers ATE MY LUNCH today.
Needless to say, I’m making these again tonight and bringing them in for everyone…and I’m making enough so I have my OWN!!!
(Note: recipe calls for 12 oz. tuna, I used 15 oz. If you follow the recipe with that slight modification, each burger is 180 calories…serve it on a 100-calorie Oroweat Sandwich Thin, top with your favorite veggies, and you have an extremely filling meal for right around 300 calories total.)
